Leap at Flip: Like the Spice Monthly Dinner Series
On February 29th at 8:00pm, you are cordially invited to spend the most rare of nights dining finely at Like the Spice. Ask anyone who's been to one of our dinners; it's a fantastic time. This month we're featuring organic Italian food from Scottadito Osteria Toscana. Tina Barry had this to say about their food in the Brooklyn Paper: "In Italy, Scottadito means "finger blistering" and refers to lamb chops hot off the grill that are so tasty no one can wait for them to cool. The word could apply to any number of rustic dishes offered at Scottadito."
Their food makes use of sustainable, organic ingredients, many of which are produced by small East Coast farms. In addition to being healthier and better for the environment these fresh ingredients make the food positively delectable! As always, dinners at Like the Spice are vegetarian friendly.
Alongside the delicious and wholesome food, you'll hear from artists Rachel Beach and Nora Herting, the artists featured in Flip, the current show at Like the Spice. They'll discuss their work and process with the gathered diners.
As always Like the Spice sets a glamorous table and this month we're featuring the floral designs of local florist Stella Goodall. Beauty, food and drink for just $50 a plate! Come to the Leap Night dinner at Like the Spice, unless it's your birthday cause you're probably too young to drink with us.
